Passengers with single names on their travel documents, where there is no clear distinction between first and last names (e.g., "Sonam"), are not allowed to travel to Dubai. These passengers may be denied check-in or risk deportation upon arrival.

In a Historic moment for Bhutan’s Aviation Industry, Sangay Tshogyal and Ugyen Dorji have achieved a significant milestone as Bhutan’s first Helicopter Jr. Pilots certified to fly H-130 helicopter outside the Paro controlled air space. The achievement ceremony was graced by Yab Dhondup Gyaltshen,Chief Pilot, CEO and other officials of Drukair. This significant acknowledgement of achievement underscores the capacity building in the helicopter industry.
