Drukair operates a mixed fleet of aircrafts comprising of A319, A320, ATR, and PC-24 with varying configurations. Accordingly, onboard products, services, and features may vary depending on the route and aircraft assigned. Please note that aircraft assignment on scheduled flights is subject to operational requirements and may change at short notice. We request passenger’s with specific requirements to kindly contact us prior to booking.

Travel Advisory: Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close strictly 1 hour prior. Passengers are advised to arrive at least 2 hours early to avoid congestion and ensure a smooth check-in. Late arrivals may risk missing their flight. Effective 1st September 2025, Singapore will enforce stiffer penalties for vaping offences. Travelers found vaping or in possession of vaping products may face fines, deportation, and re-entry bans.

Effective 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals must complete the Thai Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within 3 days before travel via tdac.immigration.go.th

To ensure the safety of our ground employees, checked baggage must not exceed 32kg per piece, regardless of travel class.

Passengers with single names on their travel documents are not allowed to travel to Dubai. These passengers may be denied check-in or risk deportation upon arrival.

Advisory: Indian nationals traveling to any third country from Nepal are required to obtain a Third Country No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Embassy of India, Kathmandu. Mileage is earned based on the distance travelled (on Actual Miles / Ticketed Point Mileage) and the class of service availed. NOTE: Members must quote their Membership Number or present the membership card/e-card during booking or at check-in during departure to ensure that the activities are recorded automatically. Members must also ensure the name in the booking is exactly as it appears on your Passport and as enrolled in the program.

Other discounted fares or promotional fares with designated booking class codes (P, W, etc.) may be eligible for reduced mileage accrual or may not earn miles. Award Travel in X (economy) and I (business) booking classes are not eligible for mileage accrual. On all upgraded travels including a paid upgrade travel at the airport, mileage is earned based on the original booking class code.

MILEAGE ACCRUAL CHART (BASE MILES)

Base Miles accrued remain valid for a full 2 (two) years from the date of credit (load date). Base Miles not redeemed within the 2 year validity expire on a monthly basis. For example, Base Miles earned within January 2018 (1st – 31st) and not redeemed will expire on 31st January 2020. Within each calendar year, there are 12 dates on which Base Miles may expire (last day of each month). Expiring Base Miles, if any, can always be viewed online by accessing individual’s member account.
