Drukair operates a mixed fleet of aircrafts comprising of A319, A320, ATR, and PC-24 with varying configurations. Accordingly, onboard products, services, and features may vary depending on the route and aircraft assigned. Please note that aircraft assignment on scheduled flights is subject to operational requirements and may change at short notice. We request passenger’s with specific requirements to kindly contact us prior to booking.

Travel Advisory: Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close strictly 1 hour prior. Passengers are advised to arrive at least 2 hours early to avoid congestion and ensure a smooth check-in. Late arrivals may risk missing their flight. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining on-time departures.

Effective 1st September 2025, Singapore will enforce stiffer penalties for vaping offences. Travelers found vaping or in possession of vaping products may face fines, deportation, and re-entry bans.

Effective 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals must complete the Thai Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within 3 days before travel via tdac.immigration.go.th

To ensure the safety of our ground employees, checked baggage must not exceed 32kg per piece, regardless of travel class.

Passengers with single names on their travel documents are not allowed to travel to Dubai. These passengers may be denied check-in or risk deportation upon arrival.

Advisory: Indian nationals traveling to any third country from Nepal are required to obtain a Third Country No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Embassy of India, Kathmandu. Arrival Time

We recommend arriving at least three hours before your flight’s scheduled departure time to allow time for check-in, security checks, and other formalities. You can save time by using our convenient Online Check-in option.

Check-In Counters

Upon arrival, head to the Drukair check-in counters. Our friendly staff will assist you with the process. Be sure to have your passport and flight details ready. If traveling on an e-ticket, ensure it’s accessible for verification.

Baggage Check

Our team will assist with checking in your baggage. Please adhere to the baggage Allowance specified for your ticket class. Additional charges may apply for excess baggage.

Seat Selection

If you haven’t selected your seat online, you may do so at the check-in counter, subject to availability.

Boarding Pass

After completing check-in, you will receive your boarding pass. Be sure to note the boarding time and gate number listed on your pass. Keep it easily accessible, as it’s required for both security and boarding.

Security Screening

Proceed to the security screening area after check-in. Ensure your belongings comply with security regulations, including restrictions on liquids, electronics, and prohibited items. Our security staff will guide you through the screening process.

Departure Lounge

Once you’ve passed through security, relax in the Lounges at Paro International Airport, where you’ll find dining options and shops for last-minute souvenirs.

Boarding

Listen for boarding announcements. Our staff will be at the gate, ready to assist as you present your boarding pass and passport before boarding the aircraft.
