Effective 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals must complete the Thai Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within 3 days before travel via tdac.immigration.go.th

To ensure the safety of our ground employees, we remind passengers that checked baggage must not exceed 32kg per piece, regardless of travel class. For baggage over this limit, please split it into smaller pieces, each not exceeding 32kg.

Passengers with single names on their travel documents, where there is no clear distinction between first and last names (e.g., "Sonam"), are not allowed to travel to Dubai. These passengers may be denied check-in or risk deportation upon arrival.

Advisory: Indian nationals traveling to any third country from Nepal are required to obtain a Third Country No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Embassy of India, Kathmandu. Discover Bhutan Roadshow Strengthen Ties in Dubai

Drukair, in collaboration with the Department of Tourism, Bhutan, and Sharaf Travels LLC, Drukair’s GSA in Dubai, successfully concluded the Discover Bhutan roadshow in Dubai. The event was graced by distinguished guests, including His Excellency, the Ambassador of Bhutan to Kuwait, and brought together a group of Bhutanese DMCs and tour operators for a valuable networking session with local travel agents from across the UAE.

The evening featured an insightful presentation by the Department of Tourism, offering a comprehensive look into Bhutan as a unique and enriching travel destination. Drukair also delivered an engaging presentation showcasing the airline’s products and services. The roadshow concluded with a networking dinner followed by exciting raffle draws, further strengthening ties between Bhutan and the Middle East travel trade.
