Passengers with single names on their travel documents, where there is no clear distinction between first and last names (e.g., "Sonam"), are not allowed to travel to Dubai. These passengers may be denied check-in or risk deportation upon arrival.

In the annual Royal Civil Service Award ceremony as carried out every year, 38 Employees of Drukair were awarded with Dedicated Service Awards this year in recognition of their dedicated service to the Tsa-Wa-Sum.

The Chief Executive Officer of Drukair graced the event and presented the Royal Civil Service Award medals to the respective medal recipients. The recipients included twenty-two bronze, eight silver, six gold and two lifetime service awardees.

The medal not only serves as a recognition from the throne but it serves to further strengthen the resolve of each and everyone to further rededicate to the service of Tsa wa sum.

Drukair congratulates all the medal recipients for their dedicated service to the nation.
