Drukair Corporation’s regulations specify that all cabin baggage must fit in the overhead bin. The maximum dimensions allowed for cabin baggage are 45 x 35 x 20 cm (17 x 13 x 8 inches). The weight limit for cabin baggage is 5 kg for Economy class and 7 kg for Business class.

These regulations are in place to ensure that cabin baggage does not obstruct emergency evacuations. Please keep these limits in mind when packing your bags and ensure that any items exceeding these specifications are checked in as baggage.

Spot checks will be conducted during embarkation to ensure compliance with these regulations.

Drukair accepts carriage of Television up to 65 inches without charges, if within permissible baggage allowance.

NOTE: The airline shall not be responsible for the damage and will not be compensated in case of any damages since the item falls under Limited Release.

If your baggage exceeds the free checked baggage allowance, additional charges will apply. Excess baggage rates vary depending on the route and whether you pay in advance or at the airport.

We offer the option to pre-purchase additional baggage allowance for a more convenient and cost-effective travel experience.

• 3.1 Must be purchased at least 4 hours before departure.
• 3.2 Maximum weight per bag: 32 kg
• 3.3 Combined baggage exceeding your free and prepaid allowance will be charged at standard airport rates.
• 3.4 Prepaid baggage cannot be added after early airport check-in.
• 3.5 No refund is provided if you carry less than your prepaid allowance.
• 3.6 No refund is provided for no-show passengers.
• 3.7 Prepaid baggage allowance cannot be transferred or used on another ticket.
• 3.8 Separate purchases are required for round-trip flights.
• 3.9 No loyalty points will be awarded for baggage purchases.
• 3.10 Applies to checked baggage only.
• 3.11 All baggage is handled according to our General Conditions of Carriage.

Prepaid baggage usually does not apply to special items like:

• 5.1 AVIH (Animal in Hold)
• 5.2 Fragile or oversized items (have separate fees and conditions)
