Drukair operates a mixed fleet of aircrafts comprising of A319, A320, ATR, and PC-24 with varying configurations. Accordingly, onboard products, services, and features may vary depending on the route and aircraft assigned. Please note that aircraft assignment on scheduled flights is subject to operational requirements and may change at short notice. We request passenger’s with specific requirements to kindly contact us prior to booking.

Travel Advisory: Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close strictly 1 hour prior. Passengers are advised to arrive at least 2 hours early to avoid congestion and ensure a smooth check-in. Late arrivals may risk missing their flight. Effective 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals must complete the Thai Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within 3 days before travel via tdac.immigration.go.th

To ensure the safety of our ground employees, checked baggage must not exceed 32kg per piece, regardless of travel class.

Passengers with single names on their travel documents are not allowed to travel to Dubai. These passengers may be denied check-in or risk deportation upon arrival.

Bhutan NDI Verification Now Available for Drukair Online Bookings

Drukair is pleased to introduce Bhutan NDI (National Digital Identity) verification for Bhutanese passengers booking flights through our official website. This enhanced verification process provides a more secure and seamless booking experience by allowing passengers to verify their identity digitally during the booking process.

Steps for booking flights for Bhutanese passengers via the website using Bhutan NDI verification:

  1. Go to the Drukair website at drukair.com.bt.
  2. Click Book a Flight.
  3. Select your route, departure and return dates (if applicable), number of passengers, and cabin class.
  4. Select your nationality:
    • Bhutan: An NDI verification QR code will be displayed. Scan and verify the QR code using the Bhutan NDI app.
    • Other: The NDI verification step will not be displayed.
  5. Once the QR code is successfully verified (for Bhutanese passengers), you will be redirected to the Flight Availability page, where you can proceed with your booking and payment.
