Passengers with single names on their travel documents, where there is no clear distinction between first and last names (e.g., "Sonam"), are not allowed to travel to Dubai. These passengers may be denied check-in or risk deportation upon arrival.

Award Travel Terms :

  • 1. Applicable taxes are collected in addition to the miles redeemed.
  • 2. Award tickets are valid for one year from the first date of travel.
  • 3. Stop-overs are not permitted on Award Flights.
  • 4. Date changes are allowed according to the Term & Fare Sheet, within the ticket validity.
  • 5. Miles will not be accrued on Award Flights.
  • 6. Refunds for Award Flights will be granted based on the member’s tier level if the flight is canceled at least three (3) days prior to departure:
    • – Silver – 75% of miles refunded
    • – Gold – 90% of miles refunded
    • – Platinum – 100% of miles refunded
